This was my first time coming to LexTechs and I have to say it was completely enjoyable. I've been very lax over the years about getting my car serviced regularly because I so disliked going out to the dealership. But having such a great place right here in Decatur is going to change all that for me. Not only is the waiting room nice (with TV or WiFi!) but the lure of being able to wander around Decatur and window shop or stop in at one of the nice restaurants is extremely enticing. The guys at LexTechs did a great job, charged a fair price, and were super quick. It was really everything anyone could ask! I'll definitely be back and tell all the Toyota/Lexus owners I know that this place is great!

The best service I've ever experienced!
Had a cigarette lighter (where I plug in my cell phone) not working. They diagnosed a bad fuse as the problem and replaced the fuse for free. This was part of a visit with other work performed, but when was the last time a repair shop did anything for free? What a pleasant surprise.
LexTechs is the only place I take my Lexus - you can see why!

I always read reviews but rarely write one. But I must inform skeptics of my leap of faith. I ran across LexTechs on the net and called for a quote. Still on the fence a month later, I called the dealer for a quote on same scheduled maintenance. The difference was so great that I had to at least check them out. OMG! I didn't have to wait behind hours of customers. Chad was very professional,so the customer service was top notch.And another biggie for me, and I waited a while to be sure B 4 writing this, was the fact that on 5 visits to the dealership I had my tire pressure warning light reset and 3 days later it was back on! Now I had been driving around with it on intermittently since I purchased this RX350 from them! Chad said no problem and set it accurately.
So I got my scheduled maintenance and a brake job.I never felt any pressure as a female there. Just nice guys and I just can't say enough about the experience. My black buggie rides gooooood! Give them a try cause......I am so glad to BE dealer FREE :)

The service provided by LexTechs on my 2003 4Runner far exceeded my expectations. It was performed on schedule and came in lower than their own estimate (which was $169 lower than the dealership quoted). The service was explained and my questions were fully answered. I could not have been more pleased with the experience at LexTechs.

I was looking for a local mechanic and found it here. These guys are SUPER nice and very fairly priced. You instantly feel like they are a part of the neighborhood and they treat you like it. You leave feeling happy and not overcharged and taken advantage of like you do at big dealerships sometimes. Definitely a great find.

I am so happy to have discovered LexTechs of Atlanta. After visiting the dealership in June of 2011, and determining they wanted an arm and leg for service, I called LexTechs of Atlanta. Within moments, Chad emailed me a quote and the prices were phenomenal. So, I brought my GX470 in for the work. My experience was great. From the coordination of rental car to an explanation of how and why the parts were being replaced, I was more than satisfied. The prices for parts and labor are more than fair and I refuse to have my car serviced at the dealership, AGAIN. From oil changes to repair and routine maintenance, LexTechs of Atlanta, is my new service facility. As a Lexus Certified Tech, Huston is knowledgeable and will not try and up sell you on anything.
As a woman, I truly trust the know-how and experience of this team.

My mom and I have been going to Chad and Huston since they opened and I don't ever want to another Mechanic. They take great care of us and our cars, I have a corolla and my mom has a Lexus. I pass out there cards to every Toyota or Lexus I see. Great job guys!!

Came in on a Saturday after my battery had stalled on me...they were incredibly friendly - checked the battery and when it failed, they had a new battery in the car in less than 30 mins!!! Amazing.
