I bought from a private dealer and wasn't sure I made a good decision. They assured me that I had a reliable vehicle even when the Lexus Dealer on the North side of Atlanta made me feel otherwise. I will continue to come to them for all my vehicle needs as long as I have my Lexus ES330. These guys are great at what they do. Knowledgeable and courteous.

LexTech has amazing service from some of the nicest people I have ever met. They are always courteous, helpful and friendly. They offer quality work at resonable prices. LexTech went above and beyond in replacing the radiator in my RX330. I would recommend them to anyone who drives a Toyota or Lexus.

I took my Lexus IS 300 to Lextechs for the first time this past month and was very pleased with how efficient they were completing my car's 125,000 mile service. They also have a PC in their waiting room with internet access which was an added plus.

I recently moved to Atlanta from out of state and have been looking for a good repair shop to trust with my car. I have a 2006 Toyota Corolla XRS and up to this point have only ever had to do routine maintenance. Recently though, I had a very annoying squeaky belt and needed my brakes done. I took my car to LexTechs after searching for dealership alternatives. Huston and Chad were very helpful and were able to get my car in the next day! Turns out my squeaky belt was under warranty and instead of fixing it and charging me, they told me exactly what to tell a dealership when I took it in. How's that for honesty? My brakes are great and aside from any warranty work, LexTechs will continue to have my business. Thanks LexTechs!

I am very pleased with the level of service that I receive whenever I bring my car in. Upfront about what needs to be done and the price is MUCH lower than the Lexus dealership with the same high quality of service. Keep up the good work, LexTechs!

I was pleased to have service on my Toyota the first time in July that I returned 2 weeks later for additional work. I did not have to wait and the jobs were done before the time given. Everything was explained to me and the price was good. So glad to have you in the area.

First, let me say I'm VERY particular about my vehicles. In fact, I do most of my own maintenance because that's the only way I know it'll be done right. My GS400 was due for a timing belt/water pump change and I couldn't find time to do it. I figured if I wasn't going to do the work, I'd have to pay high dealership prices to ensure a quality job. I stumbled upon LexTech's website while searching for an independent Lexus repair shop. I decided to give them a try and called Chad for a price quote. LexTech's price was a lot lower than my local Lexus dealership. They were even lower than the Toyota dealership! I made an appointment and dropped my car off after I flew back into Atlanta from a business trip. Chad arranged a complimentary rental car and I was quickly on my way home to Warner Robins. As promised, my car was done by 4:00PM the next day. After looking under the hood, I could tell Huston did a great job. Even figuring the gas I had to buy for the rental car, LexTech's price couldn't be beat. However, the best part of my experience was the OUTSTANDING customer service. LexTechs provides the kind of personalized customer service you simply won't get at a Lexus dealership. The customer service alone is worth the 2 hour drive from Warner Robins. Thanks again Chad and Huston!
