I brought my car in for an oil change on a Saturday afternoon. It is great that this place is open on Saturdays by appointment. It was such a pleasant experience. They are definitely into preventive maintenance! There is no way I would ever take my 2001 Lexus LS 430 to a dealership. I would highly recommend other Lexus owners to come to LexTechs - no matter how far they may live from this garage.

I was very impressed with the combined friendliness and professionalism of the co-owners of LexTechs of Atlanta. They were very reasonable on price, very prompt in finishing with my car, did an excellent job, offered to comp me a rental car, and one of the owners gave me a ride to work himself when I couldn\'t take him up on the rental car due to child carseat needs. I will definitely come back and would recommend this place to anyone!

I have been desiring for the longest of time to applaud the team at LexTechs of Atlanta for the awesome job that they have done, and continue to do with my LS 400. This car was gifted to me by my mom in 2008 when I graduated from undergrad. It was a car that was owned by my grandfather and has been in my family for over 16 years. My grandfather kept it like a champ; and when I graduated my mother bought it from him.
I loved it! ...Long story short... my mother and sisters had it for awhile after I moved to Atlanta for graduate school and it went downhill from there. I recently got it and brought it to Atlanta. The car sat for 6 months until I was referred to LexTechs by a colleague. Well the rest is history. A car that I thought was done is now pumping hard! I must say that I know that I got a deal. If I had taken it to Lexus, Toyota I would have more than likely paid double for my trouble than what I did at LexTechs! THANK YOU TEAM. I am a patron for life!

Great service and Honest people...this was my second visit for a repair/service at LexTechs. My experience was absolutely GREAT...Chad was honest with my service and honored a discount that was previously expired....Chad also found an additional way for me to save money on my service...I was very pleased with his professional, honesty and prompt service and attention to my car...

I took my LS 430 in for the 5k service. Chad was extremely friendly and they rotated my tires and changed my oil within 30 minutes. It was quick, friendly and efficient. This was my first time visiting and I plan to be back. I suggest any Lexus owner to try them out.

This was my first time coming to LexTechs and I have to say it was completely enjoyable. I've been very lax over the years about getting my car serviced regularly because I so disliked going out to the dealership. But having such a great place right here in Decatur is going to change all that for me. Not only is the waiting room nice (with TV or WiFi!) but the lure of being able to wander around Decatur and window shop or stop in at one of the nice restaurants is extremely enticing. The guys at LexTechs did a great job, charged a fair price, and were super quick. It was really everything anyone could ask! I'll definitely be back and tell all the Toyota/Lexus owners I know that this place is great!

The best service I've ever experienced!
Had a cigarette lighter (where I plug in my cell phone) not working. They diagnosed a bad fuse as the problem and replaced the fuse for free. This was part of a visit with other work performed, but when was the last time a repair shop did anything for free? What a pleasant surprise.
LexTechs is the only place I take my Lexus - you can see why!

I always read reviews but rarely write one. But I must inform skeptics of my leap of faith. I ran across LexTechs on the net and called for a quote. Still on the fence a month later, I called the dealer for a quote on same scheduled maintenance. The difference was so great that I had to at least check them out. OMG! I didn't have to wait behind hours of customers. Chad was very professional,so the customer service was top notch.And another biggie for me, and I waited a while to be sure B 4 writing this, was the fact that on 5 visits to the dealership I had my tire pressure warning light reset and 3 days later it was back on! Now I had been driving around with it on intermittently since I purchased this RX350 from them! Chad said no problem and set it accurately.
So I got my scheduled maintenance and a brake job.I never felt any pressure as a female there. Just nice guys and I just can't say enough about the experience. My black buggie rides gooooood! Give them a try cause......I am so glad to BE dealer FREE :)
