First, let me say I'm VERY particular about my vehicles. In fact, I do most of my own maintenance because that's the only way I know it'll be done right.
My GS400 was due for a timing belt/water pump change and I couldn't find time to do it. I figured if I wasn't going to do the work, I'd have to pay high dealership prices to ensure a quality job. I stumbled upon LexTech's website while searching for an independent Lexus repair shop. I decided to give them a try and called Chad for a price quote. LexTech's price was a lot lower than my local Lexus dealership. They were even lower than the Toyota dealership!
I made an appointment and dropped my car off after I flew back into Atlanta from a business trip. Chad arranged a complimentary rental car and I was quickly on my way home to Warner Robins. As promised, my car was done by 4:00PM the next day. After looking under the hood, I could tell Huston did a great job.
Even figuring the gas I had to buy for the rental car, LexTech's price couldn't be beat. However, the best part of my experience was the OUTSTANDING customer service. LexTechs provides the kind of personalized customer service you simply won't get at a Lexus dealership. The customer service alone is worth the 2 hour drive from Warner Robins.

At first I was a little hesitate because I looked online for the best Lexus Repair Service in town, luckily I read the reviews and saw that other customers had great reviews about it, so I took a chance a went to them. I went to other repair shops in the past and they couldn't find the problem, as soon as Chad and Houston found the what was wrong with my car they contacted me. Coming to LEXTECHS, was the best decision I ever made; they were honest, cost efficient, and effective! I couldn't ask for a better shop. Thanks LEXTECHS !!!

Since I have purchased my Lexus, I have always brought it to the dealership. I came across LexTechs website and decided to ask them for a quote to repair my power steering rack. The dealership had quoted me $1500+. LexTechs quoted me slightly above $800 and did a wonderful job! They checked the diagnosis to confirm that it indeed was a problem. They were honest, trustworthy, and finished the job in one day! The dealership had a wait of 3 weeks! I would recommend them to anyone! I was skeptical of using mechanics outside of the dealership b/c I was concerned I could not find an honest mechanic. But LexTechs has changed my mind! They are great!
