I never take the time to write reviews but as a person who has lived in over 11 cities in 15 years Im always hard pressed to find a mechanic that I can trust. I took a chance on these guys for my Lexus RX 330 and they were great. Quick turn around and they gave me many money saving alternatives to my problem. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of and best of all I could walk to Downtown Decatur to eat and shop while they worked on my car.

I recently had a question in regard to replacing a timeing belt in a 2004 LS-430 with 30,000 miles.
Some suggest that you should replace it now due
to the age of the belt rather than @ 90,000 miles.
After speaking with Chad it was determined that
it would be in my best interest to replace the belt
at either 90,00 miles or 96 months ( which ever
comes first ).

Having a service team that shows genuine interest in your vehicle and your satisfaction is very rare. Chad and Huston provide that combination and have proven to be thorough, considerate and professional. I will continue to bring my 2007 Camry and 2006 GS300 to Lextechs for regular service or major overhaul.
I've also recommended members of my family who've moved here from around the southeast. They're happy too!

So happy to finally find a shop that I can trust. I am a 20 something girl with a Lexus and I always felt that I kind of got the runaround when I took it to the dealership---they always found more things that needed to be replaced and more things that needed to be done than I ever expected. I decided to try LexTechs at the goading of friend. I brought my IS300 in because my brakes were squealing, not only did Huston change the pads for a much lower cost than the dealership...he also set my locks to lock automatically when I put the car in reverse---doesn't sound important to most but it really was to me because I drive alone downtown a lot and had previously always owned cars that locked on their own. He personally walked me through everything he did and was very nice and knowledgeable. Very happy with LexTechs!

As you may or not know, i own a large Corvette dealership. It is interesting in that some of the best Corvette mechanics do not have the specialized tools and testing equipment needed to properly fix a Lexus.
Your service not only was fantastic, but you fixed it in record time. Thanks so much for I will recommend your service to everyone who ownes a Lexus.

I needed new brakes and was resigned to paying dealership prices until I heard about LexTechs of Atlanta. They used new authorized parts and had me in my way in an hour and a half for much less than I would have been charged at a dealership. That and having the work done by a certified technician has sold me. I'll be back!

As a business owner myself, I easily recognize outstanding quality and customer service. Prior to finding LexTechs of Atlanta I was a victim of overpaying at the dealership repair shop and quite often had to return several times for the same issue. Now things get fixed right the first time for a fraction of what the dealership charges. Thank you LexTechs of Atlanta - You have created a customer for life!

I highly recommend LexTechs! I took my ES300 in for the 90k service and my Lexus drives better than it has in a long time! Plus, Huston was able to fix a rattle that Hennessy couldn't find even after I took the car to them 3 times. Chad was friendly and helpful throughout the process. Their waiting area wasn't as nice as Hennessy's, but it was comfortable and clean. LexTechs provides a free wireless connection and has a TV with a DVD player (so you can bring your children's favorite discs). No pastries or drinks, but with what I saved, I can buy a month's worth of food. I was nervous about straying away from the dealership for my service but I am sold now! I hope to drive my 2002 ES 300 for many more years and believe that LexTechs will help make that possible! Thanks, Chad and Huston!
